Daisy Duck is also conveniently located just a short distance from the pedestrian-friendly Town of Duck, boasting many cozy stores and delicious local eateries.

Appreciate ocean and sunrise vistas while breathing in the salty sea breezes from the top level furnished deck. Inside, the great room features bright and beachy decor, a dining area for 8, an open kitchen with countertop seating, and a king en suite with private deck access, all offering more ocean vistas. A convenient half bath can be found on the landing between the top and mid levels.

The mid level offers 4 more comfortable bedrooms, including a king en suite, a queen bedroom with a covered private deck, a bedroom with 2 twins, and a pyramid bunk bedroom with covered deck access.

The community of Schooner Ridge offers 3 community pools, including the oceanfront community pool directly across the street, another outdoor pool beside the indoor facilities/clubhouse, and an indoor pool that is open year-round from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (off-season hours vary). Schooner Ridge also offers many other family-friendly amenities, including a playground, tennis courts, a game room with a pool table and air hockey, a exercise room, and more.

Updates for 2025 include a kitchen upgrade of new quartz countertops, new cabinets, new sink/faucet, new stove and oven, new LVT floor, and a new pantry. The dining area has new windows. In the en suite bath, the Whirlpool tub has been removed and replaced with an enlarged shower, and also has a new vanity, quartz countertop, refreshed lighting, faucet, and mirror, and LVT floor.

Daisy Duck is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing family pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet costs range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes. ONE Modest dog under 30lbs, NO CATS allowed.
