Finest of all, getting to the beach will be a breeze. Load up the beach cart to effortlessly transport all of your gear, toys and snacks to the neighborhood access at the end of the street - just a four-min. walk away.

The classic Saltbox design features vaulted ceilings and two stories of windows in the living area for generous natural light. After a day at the beach, come home and gather in the living area with two seating areas so everybody has a place to relax and mingle. When you're not dining out at one of Duck's phenomenal eateries, the chef in the family can prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen overlooking the great room. Multiple decks on both the north and south sides of the home provide plenty of room for appreciating the sun, salt air and oceanside breezes.

No need to worry about traffic or finding parking around town, since you'll also be just a short walk away from a variety of shopping, dining and activities. Attend annual events hosted at the close by Town of Duck amphitheater. There's also a public park complete with a soundside boardwalk that takes you on a enchanting walk along the water to a variety of stores and eateries.
