The ground level has an under-home entry, good parking, and a private pool with a spa. The first level has a furnished recreation room with a game table and a pool table, a full wet bar with a refrigerator, and a microwave, and it opens to the deck.

On level two, four bedrooms open to decks, including the two primary bedrooms. The media room has a 60-inch intelligent TV and laundry room and is also located on this floor.

The roomy and gracious third-level great room has cathedral ceilings, warm wood floors, and a gorgeous living area centered around an entertainment center with a 60-inch intelligent TV and gas fireplace. Bring your best recipes to this all-star kitchen with a breakfast bar, modren appliances, and top-of-the-line equipment. Join guests in the enormous dining area with impressive vistas. A guest bedroom has a bathroom with a jetted tub and a tile shower and opens to a deck.

The private pool is open seasonally from 4/26/2025 and close 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change.
The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 6 cars.
