Completing this level is a half-bath and a king bedroom suite with a private full bath.

Four more bedrooms occupy the second level: two king master bedrooms — one with a private balcony and one with access to a shared deck — and two bedrooms with two sets of twin beds that share a full hallway bath. The final bedroom, a king master, is on the third level and features a walk-in shower, hottub bathtub and a private balcony. All of the bedrooms include Intelligent TVs.

The third level gives your family the room it needs to spread out and come together, depending on how the prevailing mood winds blow. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
