In this spot just four tons from the beach, you can relax and admire the ocean view from the rooftop deck, relax on the cool screened porch, or catch up with your appreciated ones on the furnished sundecks. If you're in the mood for cooking, whip up a seafood feast on the outdoor park grille or head inside to the kitchen and dining area for a casual indoor meal.

The owner has put a lot of thought and care into this beach home, and it shows, from the living room with cathedral ceilings to the separate laundry area underneath the home. Appreciate three TVs (one is a 42-inch flat-screen), a DVD player, a stereo/CD player, and three accommodating bedrooms.

Community Conveniences: The Club Hatteras Community Pool and Playground are located at 41156 NC Hwy 12 Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please note that the operation of community pool dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies.
