Upstairs on level two, Ourtanfannies has a great room with a wooden cathedral ceiling rising to a enormous skylight. Living area has excellent natural lighting with an open floor area. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and ocean view dining area. Create your vacation memories at Ourtanfannies. Book for a week or more!

Guests have simple access to the beach, Avon Pier and 'Canadian Hole.' A soundside sidewalk provides safe walking and cycling to shopping, Koru Village, family medical facility ,and some of the best eateries in Avon.

The private pool is open seasonally from  4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change.
The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 4 cars.
