Sitting on a peaceful peninsula in the sound, this getaway will give you a sense of tranquility and peaceful, yet you can make your way just six miles to the heart of Kill Devil Hills where you will find a plethora of eateries, shopping options, and grocery stores. While out and about, be sure to check out the famed Wright Brothers National Memorial, Jockey's Ridge State Park, or North Carolina Aquarium on Roanoke Island. Plus, there are a plethora of local golf courses to get a round of 18 in!

THINGS TO KNOW
The Colington Harbor Community Outdoor Pool is located at 1000 Colington Dr., Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948. The community pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Availability and costs subject to change at the discretion of HOA. Wristbands for pool access are available at the pool facility from 11 am to 7 pm. The cost for access is a $2 deposit per band (cash only). A max. of eight guests are welcome. For use of the boat ramp, guests must pay cash only (exact change preferred) at the entry guard gate at a rate of $10 per day or $25 per week.
