Guests can appreciate heated pools, a private ocean balcony, a lazy river, and hot tubs during their stay. Additionally, complimentary Wi-Fi is supplied. Conveniently located just steps away from Ocean Annies, where you can delight in live music by the beach and a fantastic ambiance. Also, a short drive will take you to Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and the IMAX Theatre. You'll find that many of the area's fashionable attractions, eateries, golf courses, and shopping options are just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

I strongly recommend utilizing ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft during your stay. Additionally, Turo is available for rental cars.

Other Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed in designated areas outside the resort.



Please keep in mind that this condo is privately owned and should be treated with the same care and respect as your own home. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no 24/7 on-site staff for Big Fish Units. However, the Front Desk is staffed 24/7 and available for assistance.



IMPORTANT NOTES:

- This unit won't have access to the exercise center.

- All guests are required to pay a resort fee at the front desk upon check-in. The fee is $30 per day for the entire length of your stay and applies to all guests, regardless of whether you have a car or not.

- Privately owned units/guests are not allowed to use suitcases carts.



HOA's new rules will be implemented prior to February 15, 2025.

- For Airbnb guests, check-in and verification will be handled by Sands Ocean Club Front Desk. Guests must present a valid driver’s license matching the reservation for check-in.

- Guests can receive Front Desk assistance for lockouts, medical emergencies, legal issues, noise complaints, beach towels, concierge services, and trash removal.

- Resort fee is $30 per day for the length of the stay and will be charged when you check-in.
