Wake up to ocean vistas! This top floor unit features ocean vistas from every window as well as ocean and marina vistas from the balcony! Steps away from the beach and boardwalk and walkable to local eateries and beach bars. A comfortable queen bed and twin bunk beds make this unit ideal for couples, girls trips, or modest families. There is no elevator but the view is worth the climb up the stairs! There is a pool on site and one complimentary parking spot for the unit. A pay to park lot is located next door to the condo complex if you need to bring more than one car. Basic kitchen silverware and cookware are supplied. Wifi is available and each TV is equipped with a Roku streaming device so you may watch your favorite shows. The Rokus also offers live tv channels if you prefer to watch that. Games and puzzles are supplied make any rainy days indoor still fun! Guests may use the entire condo. The pool is shared by all units in the complex so you may encounter other guests from other units. A cooler and two beach chairs are included to make your beach days cozy!
