In the fall off season the fall rental season starts on 8/24/2024to 12/31/24, and we do allow a three nighttime minimum during this period too with the nightly rate of $420.00 a nighttime or for a weekly rate of $2520.00. Winter rental will be $3.900.00 per month plus utilities.
