Upstairs, a wide central hallway leads to four bedrooms, each with private access to a bath and a comfortable porch. A special kids' room with constructed-in bunk beds and two queen sleeper couches in the lower-level living room provides flexible sleeping arrangements. The home also features a HE washer/dryer on the main level and a shower and 2nd refrigerator in the garage. Outside, there is ample parking and a grille.



Beach Access: Take advantage of the home's proximity to the beach, with a short walk to the sandy shores and opportunities to savor sun-filled days and exhilarating swims in the Atlantic Ocean.

Your unit is supplied with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
