The primary bedroom features a king bed and Intelligent TV, creating a cozy place to relax after a day exploring Beaufort. The second bedroom offers a pyramid bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and twin bed on top, making it a flexible setup for kids, friends, or a modest family group.

House Rules

• Keep it cozy, not crazy! We ask that there be no events or sizable gatherings to ensure a calming stay for everybody.

• Quiet time is 10 PM to 9 AM — please help us keep things peaceful for our neighbors and fellow beach lovers!

• Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can get it handled for you quickly. Text is best!

• Furry friends are welcome, but please keep family pets off the furnishings so we can maintain a fresh, clean space for all guests. Additional pet charges may apply.

• Backyard etiquette: Kindly clean up after your pet so the outdoor space stays fun for everybody.

• Towel Care: Please do not use the white bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths to remove makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, or clean up spills or messes. Black makeup towels are supplied specifically for makeup removal. Damaged or permanently stained towels may result in replacement charges.

• Please also be sure to clean the grille after use if there is a grille at this property.

• Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property to help maintain a clean, fresh environment for all guests.

• Starter kit included with essential items for your arrival.

• Minimum age is 25 years old to book at this property.

• Please note: The RV shown on the property is not supplied with the rental and is not accessible to guests.

TRASH & RECYCLING

Before checkout, please take all trash and recycling to the curb according to the collection schedule and instructions posted on the refrigerator.

If trash and recycling are not placed at the curb as directed, a $50 fee will be charged to cover the additional trip required for disposal.
