On the top level, you'll find a entirely supplied kitchen to prepare delicious meals. The comfortable living area provides a great place to relax and a dedicated workspace for anyone who has to work. The king bedroom on this level includes a private ensuite bathroom, giving you a peaceful place to getaway at the end of the day.



On the mid level you will find 3 bedrooms featuring 2 twin beds, a queen bedroom, and a king bedroom with an ensuite bath. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is outfitted with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are supplied at no additional charge.



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October** (unheated pool)
