The Space:

BookSmart Presents: The Shell Seekers Cottage! The top level features a bright open layout that’s ideal for gathering and relaxing. The living room has vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, and huge windows that let in plenty of natural light. The entirely equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for painless meal prep. The dining area seats your group comfortably, and the adjacent decks are ideal for morning coffee or sunset drinks.



This level also includes a king primary suite with an ensuite full bath and private deck access, offering a relaxing getaway after a day in the sun.



The mid level has plenty of room for everybody, with a mix of comfortable sleeping options: a queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room featuring a twin bunk with a full on the bottom. There is also one full hall bathroom on this level.



On the bottom level is the access to the laundry area. Outside, appreciate your own private pool surrounded by sun loungers and outdoor seating. Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: any family pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.



The home is outfitted with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
