The top level of this home offers a king master suite, great room with kitchen, dining area and comfortable seating from which to savor the home theater system complete with TV, DVD and surround sound. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
