Chez Toni is a distinctive bungalow featuring Victorian-style windows that will captivate you with its impressive view of the sunrise. This bungalow is comfortable and well maintained. Savor the peacefulness on the deck as you hear the waves crashing. With convenient beach access and close by shopping, Chez Toni is an elegant choice for a vacation spot. Guests must provide their own linens, towels, and paper items. Toni's place is decorated and furnished according to the owner's preference. A coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, silverware, glasses, bed pads, pillows, and a blanket or comforter are supplied. Fees for reservation, partial stay, taxes, and insurance are applicable.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a 75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.
