Sand Dollar Cottage is an open floor plan home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths on the elegant Bald Head Island. Walking distance to South Beach and short cart ride to the market and marina. The home was freshly professionally redesigned and modernized with a coastal interior. The gorgeously refreshed kitchen has all new appliances, cabinets, and countertops. The cavernous family & dining area is open to the Carolina room for additional living space. Appreciate the sound of the ocean from the enormous deck with amazing seating areas, dining table & grille.

The bungalow has two primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and two additional bedrooms.

The village of Bald Head Island is a golf cart only community. The bungalow includes 2 golf carts (4 persons each). While the island has a limited number of businesses, there are numerous eateries, stores, and a market for groceries.
