As you spend time outdoors, relax on PolyWood outdoor furnishings by the private and freshly surfaced pool! Yes, this pool does offer privacy thanks to the trees around the pool fence. You can savor grilling and meals poolside without feeling like the neighbors are crowding you. The ground-level rec room has a full-size pool table and a half bath that is very convenient from the pool deck. Memories will be made at “Coastal Charm”.

Private Pools are open from May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025 and May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Family Animals are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Community pools are open in-season only – exact dates must be confirmed by the property management company. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use.

All Outer Banks Blue vacation units include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
