Features include a pretty screen porch overlooking the impressive marsh. Lots of windows to bring the outside in! Dream kitchen with plenty of counter space and two sinks. Enclosed entry stairs under home. The pool is just striking with the vistas and the lush palm trees, enclosed outdoor shower as well. Short walk to the beach. Pool can be heated for additional cost.

The master bedroom with private bath is on the main floor. The upstairs features two bedrooms, a modest additional room, upper level porch and a bathroom with a tiled shower and tub combo. There are many unique features in this home as you can see in the photos.
