The Space:

Welcome to Summerin', your ideal Duck getaway! This gorgeous home features shining new updates, a private pool, vistas off the deck and is an painless 10 min. walk to the beach. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there's space for everybody. The open, airy layout makes it simple to relax with bright windows flooding the living space with natural light. The entirely equipped kitchen opens seamlessly into the dining area, with doors leading out to the deck for simple indoor-outdoor living. The screened in porch off the dining area is ideal for outdoor dining or game nighttime with a table for four. The top level also features a king bedroom and a full bathroom for added convenience.



Most of your group will head down to the mid level to sleep. It offers two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a bunk room with a twin-over-double bed setup. One of the king rooms has an ensuite full bathroom that joins with the hallway, and there's a second full bathroom available as well for added convenience. Plus, if you need to work or just want a place to read, you can use the multi-use room ideal for puzzles, games or setting up your laptop. Functional, entertaining, and roomy, Summerin’ is the ideal place to make beach memories while keeping everybody happy, casual, and in vacation mode!



Step outside onto your balcony and soak up the sun, take a exhilarating dip in the pool, or fire up the grille and savor a BBQ with family and friends. With a private beach access close by, you can comfortably spend your days basking in the sun and appreciating the ocean breeze. An outdoor shower is available to help keep the home comfortably sand complimentary for your stay.

Guest Access:

The home is supplied with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are supplied at no additional charge.



**Up to two family pets (dogs only) are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

The town of Duck is a fashionable Outer Banks destination for its wide, uncrowded beaches and soundfront boardwalk! Nature trails, stores, and eateries make for a pleasant and friendly town, ideal for a calming OBX vacation.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: any pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
