Off the kitchen, a south-facing screened porch is a magnificent location for early morning breakfasts. An fashonable wooden spiral staircase leads you to this home's third-level loft bedroom, where a private deck offers unprecedented vistas of the Atlantic. Expansive decks on all three levels capitalize on the home's oceanfront location and allow for plenty of time calming or entertaining outside.
