The first level has good outside decking, a laundry area, and a well-furnished game room with wet bar, refrigerator, pool table, and three new arcade machines with multiple game options per machine. The second living level has an inviting den with a TV. This level also has three main bedroom suites with private bathrooms. The third-level great room with a fireplace, tall cathedral ceiling, and miles of wraparound glass is an American beauty. The all-equipped kitchen with oak cabinetry, breakfast bar, and a close by dining area will provide memorable sunset dining experiences. Kitchen upgrades include a new kitchen refrigerator with an ice maker and a new glass-top stove (2023). Use the new propane grille to add charred favorites to the menu.
