Our home is a gorgeously constructed 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront piece of heaven. The dock is on a charming canal that leads right out to the sound. Launching the kayak is painless right from the dock! Bring your boat and keep it right out back. An outside shower is available under the home along with a gas grille for the grille master in your group. Our charming waterfront home is an splendid choice to vacation with its proximity to shopping, eateries, arts, sightseeing, laser tag, boating, fishing, bird watching, jet skiing, surfing, kite boarding & eco tours.

Marine Gecko is located in Pirates' Cove, surrounded by bicycle & walking paths and conveniently to the beach. There are also many beach accesses with complimentary parking within a few miles from the home.

We have a completely equipped eat in kitchen which includes dishes, cookware, cutlery, barware, & glassware for your every culinary need. Appliances include a blender, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, gas range & dual ovens, toaster, & refrigerator/freezer with ice & water in the door.

Part of ensuring the same experience for everybody relies on our housekeepers, inspection personnel, and maintenance repair personnel being able to get the home in tip top shape for you and your family in-between renters. They do a magnificant job of making sure everything is done during a very short window. If anything needs attention during your stay, please let us know so we can arrange for someone to take care of it either during your stay or in preparation for our next guests, whichever your prefer. Check-out time is 10 am and departure instructions are supplied in your welcome. Check-in time is set for 4 pm to allow them the time they need to prepare the home for your arrival.

We understand that there are times when you may need an early check-in time. We are happy to offer guaranteed early check-in if you have confirmed & paid for this additional service 2 weeks prior to arrival. This payment accepts us to compensate our home staff for prioritizing our home for your early arrival at 1 pm. As a courtesy to our service vendors, we ask that you please do not park at the home, drop off personal items, or ask our vendors if the home is ready yet if you do not choose to coordinate a guaranteed early check-in. We savor your understanding as we prepare our home for your hideaway!
