This home is located in a modest, private, very clean and very peaceful condominium community only a short 10 min. walk away from the nearest beach access to the gorgeous Kitty Hawk beaches. The property is an end unit with a roomy side yard and back yard for outside games, other forms of enjoyment or just pure relaxation. As you walk inside the front door, you will find a compete kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve meals, a dining area with a handsome table and 6 chairs, a half bath, a compact washer and dryer and a very comfortable calming area with a 55" TV ready to stream all of your favorite movies. Upstairs features two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with two very comfortable twin beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with dressers that provide plenty of space for smaller folded items and very cavernous closets for those items you prefer to hang. Both have bedside tables and lamps, ceiling fans, overhead lighting, additional seating and TV's completely equipped for streaming from any of your favorite apps. Between the two bedrooms is a full size private bath with a tub and shower and a linen closet entirely supplied with towels, wash cloths, and linens.
