A GREAT PLACE lives up to its name! You will find this freshly refreshed handsome oceanfront home opulent and comfortable. This vacation home promotes instant relaxation and enjoyment with spectacular ocean vistas, cavernous decks and phenomenal amenities. While you feel like you are at a private getaway, the home is located just a short distance to the stores and eateries in Duck.

Ground Level: Enter your vacation home into a huge recreation room furnished with a Queen Sleep Couch, a ping pong table and 2 HD TVs. A kitchenette with granite counter tops offers and ideal convenience featuring a full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The recreation room has it's own Bluetooth sound system for your poolside listening enjoyment. Appreciate the roomy movie theatre room with a sizable screen TV and seating for 9. There is a cabana half bath that has pool access. There are 3 spacious master bedrooms on the ground level, each well-appointed and equipped with TVs: 1 King Master Bedroom with deck access, a Master Bedroom with 2 Singles and a Master Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets. The laundry room is equipped with 2 washers and 2 dryers. Savor music outside with Bluetooth sound system. Outside you will find a striking private pool with multiple lounge chairs and a separate sitting area with 4 Adirondack chairs. Unwind in the hot tub or savor a drink at the Tiki bar that offers seating for 6. More fun can be had on the full-size volleyball court and basketball goal.

Mid Level: Enjoy the ultimate sports bar with granite counter tops and seating for 6 complete with dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, drink refrigerator and 3 Intelligent TVs so you'll never miss a game. Bluetooth sound system, a full size pool table and a powder room. Take in the great ocean vistas from the sports bar or relax on the private sunbathing deck with Adirondack chairs or the other private deck with rocking chairs. There are 4 pretty bedrooms on this level: 2 King Master Bedrooms (one with access to the sunbathing deck) and a King Bedroom with access to the deck with rocking chairs that shares a bathroom suite (handicapped friendly) with adjoining Queen Bedroom. All bedrooms are well appointed with Roku TVs for private viewing entertainment.

Top Level: Features a handsomely decorated great room with gorgeous ocean vistas and fireplace. The entertainment system is complete with a enormous Intelligent TV and Bluetooth sound system. The dining room has seating for 12 and the gourmet kitchen (updated in 2024) is equipped with every imaginable cooking essential for the definitive gourmet experience. Granite counter tops with a breakfast bar seating 6, plenty of counter space, double dishwashers, prepare tops and ovens, double sinks and ice maker make this area ideal for entertaining a huge group. There is a separate breakfast area seating 6 in the beautiful sun room that is furnished with a Queen Sleep Couch. Guests will appreciate the sizable oceanfront deck with it's outdoor dining table for 8 and rocking chairs. The Soundside deck offers a cafe table, rockers and a gas grille. The King Master Bedroom is equipped with a Roku TV, private deck and spacious bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and over-sized shower.

Beach Cabana Service: 6 chairs and 2 umbrellas will be set up Monday- Friday at this homes private beach access. Look for you beach set up, weather permitting, from 10am-5pm, Monday through Friday, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 2 bath towels and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has finished their work OR 4:00 pm check in time.

Special Event Details: (Optional for event/wedding reservations only). The owner of this home MUST approve all events! This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event accepting up to 50 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional costs that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is returnable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.
