Floor #1 - Laundry room, kitchenette, and recreation room with pool table are all located on this floor. Streetside Bedroom #1 - has 2 Twin Bunk Sets and there is a full hall bath. Oceanfront Bedroom #2 has a king bed and a private full bath. Streetside Bedroom #3 has queen bed and a private full bath.

Floor #2 - Bedroom #4: has a two queen beds with a full private bath, Bedroom #5: has a king bed with a full private bath, Bedroom #6: has a king bed witha full private Bath, Bedroom #7: has a queen bed with a private full bath.

Inbetween floors two and three there is an additional full bath.

Floor #3 - The Kitchen and Living Room are located on this floor. Additionally, this floor provides Bedroom #8 with king bed and private full bath. There is also a foosball table on this floor.

Take a dip in the 16' X 32' Private swimming pool that (can be heated for an additional fee of $650/week + tax; Note: If the temperature will drop below 55 degrees during that week, the heat pump cannot be turned on) or relax in the private hot tub! Use the private beach walkway to get down to the beach and soak up the sun! The game room is also the ideal place to use the pool table or foosball table and have fun! (2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
