This 3-bedroom, 2 full bath beach home has been thoughtfully updated for 2026 with fresh furnishings, expanded outdoor living space, and all the amenities of home, while still preserving the classic Nags Head appeal and laid-back coastal vibes that make OBX vacations so special. Designed for relaxation, fun, and memorable memories, Catch a Vibe is the ideal place to relax and appreciate the beach.

Start your mornings on the east-facing deck where you can sip coffee and catch the sunrise, then wind down your evenings on the west-facing deck with unobstructed sunset vistas. New for 2026, the home now features a enormous lower-level outdoor living area that adds even more space to spread out and enjoy vacation life. This inviting area includes hammocks, high-top dining, an outdoor shower, cornhole, ring toss, and intelligent TV making it ideal for both relaxing afternoons and fun-filled evenings with family and friends. The outdoor spaces continue with an ample grassy backyard, ideal for kids and family pets to play, along with a picnic table and propane grille for simple outdoor meals and gatherings.

Inside, the home has been completely updated with new furnishings for additional comfort and style. The roomy primary bedroom features a king-size bed and direct access to the west deck, so you can step right out and enjoy those impressive sunset vistas. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom is ideal for kids or additional guests with a double and a single pyramid bunk bed. An additional inflatable bed is also available for additional sleeping flexibility.

The home is fully outfitted with all the essentials to make your stay feel like home, including a well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful family-friendly amenities such as a pack and play and adjustable high chair. We provide all bed linens and bath towels for your stay (please bring your own beach towels).

Beach chairs, sand toys, and body boards are included for your enjoyment.

**$100 Non-Refundable Pet Fee** - 2 dog max.. Please let us know how many dogs and information to include what size, breed, and age your dogs are before booking!

In Nags Head, NC, dogs are allowed on the beach year-round but must be restrained by a leash no longer than 10 feet at all times. Owners must immediately clean up pet waste. Dogs must wear a collar with a current rabies tag and ID tag, and pets must be leashed when outside of the property. This is a very dog friendly community, so please respect our neighbors and their furry family members by keeping yours leashed!
