Professionally decorated and delightfully furnished, Carpe Diem is an inviting inverted home designed for the ideal family beach vacation. Savor spectacular vistas of the ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and surrounding marsh from multiple vantage points throughout the home.

An additional sitting area with a queen sleeper couch (linens not included) offers additional space for calming or accommodating guests. The home features expanded cable service on a 32-inch HDTV, WiFi, and wood floors throughout the kitchen, great room, and sitting room.

Outdoor living is just as enchanting with covered porches, comfortable porch furnishings, a picnic table, and a grille—ideal for meals and gatherings after a day at the beach. Additional amenities include an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower for painless rinsing off after sandy adventures.

Beach access is conveniently located between 677 & 679 OBW or 743 & 745 OBW, giving you flexibility and fast access to the shore.

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are supplied for weekly units. Towels are not included but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

A Welcome Amenity Bag is supplied, featuring starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit to help you settle in comfortably.
