This comfortable, coastal end-unit condo features warm wood accents, a bay window, and a classic beach-home feel, bringing in additional natural light and creating a space that’s inviting, easygoing, and ideal for unwinding after a day on the sand.

Spend your days at the beach and your evenings calming in a layout designed for simple, comfortable living with family or friends.

Beach gear, bicycles, and full resort amenities (pool, hot tub, clubhouse, game room, pickleball/tennis, racquetball, and gym) are all supplied — plus local tips and responsive support from our OBX-based family, welcoming guests since 1973.

The living area offers a comfortable place to gather, while the kitchen is equipped for simple meals at home or fast breakfasts before heading out. Natural light from the bay window and balcony helps keep the space feeling bright and casual.

Step outside onto the deck to take in ocean vistas, watch the surfers, and savor the coastal breeze — a great spot to relax after a day at the beach.

The multi-level layout provides flexibility for sleeping and relaxing, making it painless for everybody to spread out while still staying connected.

Downstairs, the garage serves as a convenient beach staging area with seating, gear, bicycles, and space to get organized before heading out for the day.

Located in the heart of Kitty Hawk, you’ll be just steps from the beach and close to local favorites, stores, and eateries — everything you need for a classic Outer Banks stay.
Must adhere to resort rules posted in the unit, I can send you a copy on request. They are common-sense rules so that all in the community are happy!
Quiet time after 10PM
Dogs only - NO CATS, $25 / day pet fee
No cooking curry or other heavily spiced dishes - we don`t have a spice kitchen and cannot remove the odor from heavily spiced cooking between guests - I will assess a $250 fee through the Resolution Center for the cost of odor removal.
Smoking on the deck allowed, but not inside.
No overcrowding - I will assess a $100 per nighttime fee for each person over the max. occupancy of 6 through the Airbnb resolution center.
