Carolina Comfort will provide all the ingredients for a ideally comfortable vacation experience. Bright and sunny, it has decks on 3 sides of the home to appreciate the sunshine and surrounding neighborhood. Along with having a private pool, guests can also savor the close by community pool (with separate kiddie pool) and all the other amenities offered by The Currituck Club resort community. [Note: No dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
An open and cavernous Great Room features a living area with flat-screen TV. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and is supplied with plenty of equipment for making family meals. The kitchen island seats 3 and there are two dining areas: one as a breakfast table (seats 6-8) and the other for dining table seats 6. Sun decks, with outdoor tables and chairs, face both east and south off the main living area. A half bathroom is located by the kitchen. The King Master Suite has a flat-screen TV and deck access to the covered deck at the front of the home; its bathroom has a separate shower and soaking tub. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

Stairs up to the upper level lead to the tower room which offers a Queen sleep couch and privacy with its own full bathroom (shower/tub combo). There is also a flat-screen TV, a wet bar with sink and mini-refrigerator. Its modest private deck will be a enchanting place to view sunrises or sunsets too!

ENTRY LEVEL:
From the front porch, the level has 3 bedrooms. A King Jr. Master Suite has a flat-screen TV; its semi-private bath (shower/tub combo) can be used privately for this bedroom but also it has a door to the hall. For the other two bedrooms, one has a Pyramid Bunk with a Trundle and a separate Twin bed—a ideal set-up for modest kids. The Queen bedroom shares the hall bath (shower/tub combo) with the Pyramid Bunk bedroom. From the Queen bedroom, there is a door to the screened porch at the back of the home. The gas grille is located on the back deck and stairs lead down to the pool deck with a pool that measures roughly 20' x 21' (pool open May to September). There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway and a Foosball table is in the enclosed garage [Note: guests may use garage for storage only but there is no room for parking inside garage.]

EXTRAS:
In season, The Hammocks section has a full-size community pool and kiddie pool for the little ones. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including complimentary trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a sizable community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Exercise Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bicycle riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean vistas.
