This beautiful and pet-friendly 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo is the ideal place to relax and appreciate all that Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Designed for comfort and convenience, this second-floor condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with a roomy king bedroom and a pullout couch in the living room.



The Space:

Handsome, comfortable and cavernous condo on the 2nd floor (must climb stairs).

• Cavernous King Bed in the private bedroom

• Pullout couch bed in the living room

• 1 full bathroom plus an additional half bath

• Intelligent TVs and high-speed WiFi

• Entirely equipped kitchen

• Washer and dryer in the unit

• Free parking

• Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

• Towels are included for showers only.

*Animals are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb with pet fee $75



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

*Access the pool with wrist bands only (there is $20 charge for each lost/broken bracelets).

*Kitchen is entirely quipped with all basics (condiments are not supplied).

*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.

*washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is complimentary. motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises. 2 parking tags supplied ( there is $20 fee for each missing or broken tag)

*Painless access to both Hwy 17.



Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.

*Pool entry with pool key and bracelets only. The pool key and bracelets is in the kitchen drawer. Any missing pool key will be accompanied by $100 fee and pool bracelets by $20 for each bracelet.

*Please review my home rules.

*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.

*Family Pets are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb with pet fee $75

*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are included (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.
