The entertainment area also has a wet bar with refrigerator and microwave. Nearby, you’ll find a master bedroom with 2 single beds, handicapped friendly roll-in shower and TV/DVD. Also on this floor you will find an indoor/outdoor access half-bath with stack washer/dryer.

For a private getaway, select one of three bright and colorful bedrooms on the second level, all with TV/DVDs: one is a king master, one is a king bedroom with semi-private bathroom, and one is a master bedroom with two bunk beds. You can also relax in the second level media room with home theater system with surround sound and queen sleeper couch.

Upstairs, the king of the castle can escape to the king master bedroom with TV/DVD, tile shower, and Jacuzzi tub. Everyone will appreciate the majestic great room with towering ocean vistas, wood floors, and TV/DVD with surround sound. The kitchen is ideal for the family's gourmet chef, featuring dual dishwashers and granite countertops, with the handsome oceanfront dining area simply steps away.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
