Savor the heart of Carolina Beach at Cabana De Mar from Oceanfront. Spend the morning at the beach with access from a private community boardwalk. If you need a break from the sand, you can lounge at the oceanfront pool. The kids will appreciate splashing in the pool and viewing the handsome fireworks every Thursday nighttime in the summer. Walk two blocks to all the action at the famed Carolina Beach boardwalk where you can eat ice cream, visit a souvenir shop, purchase a new T-shirt, try our Famous Britts Donuts, and savor many of our local bars and eateries. Inside our compact condo, you definitely won’t forget you are on vacation with an unbeatable oceanfront view from your living room. Don't worry, groceries are a snap with elevator access to your floor. Cabana Suites 216 can’t wait to be the one you choose to make forever memories in.



Ground Level:

Our building has security cameras monitoring the parking lot and pool.

Parking: Gated parking lot entry. First come, first serve covered parking under the building with an overflow lot across the street.

Elevator.

Private community oceanfront pool. Private community boardwalk to beachfront.



Property Level: Elevator or Stairwell Access to Second Floor Entry Balcony

Private Entrance to unit.

Entirely equipped kitchen for cooking meals at home. Fridge, Stove, Microwave. Stainless steel double sink with pull spray faucet. Please note there is no automatic dishwasher at this unit.

Oceanfront Living Room: oceanfront balcony with Polywood pub chairs, queen couch sleeper, Dining table for 4. Intelligent TV, ceiling fan.

Queen Bedroom: wall mounted intelligent TV, ceiling fan, ensuite bath access.

Bathroom: single vanity, bathtub and shower with spray wand. Toilet.

Linens: Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check-out is by 10 am.

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette events, sororities/fraternities

Elevator Policies:

Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Units/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Pool Notice:

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Units/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Pet Policy:

Up to 2 dogs allowed Max. Animals are not allowed in the Conference Room, Lobby, or Pool. The first dog is included in the price of the Rental. Subsequent dogs are subject to an additional payment and restrictions! Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet-friendly, but you must follow town guidelines. Please check the town website for beach pet restrictions.



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Getting Around:

Sea Coast Input: Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pleasure Island at an hourly rate).



Carolina / Kure Beach is conveniently navigable once you're here. Our beach towns are very accessible and family friendly for cars, bicycles and golf carts. Renting bicycles and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advance reservations are recommended beach accessories. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Carolina/Kure Beach and discover the Carolina Beach state park and its’ many hiking trails. Or the Carolina Beach Greenway walking trail.



Appreciate a day trip from Fort Fisher to Southport aboard the Southport Car Ferry, then wander through the town’s quaint streets filled with unique antique stores and eateries!
