305 Breakers is a delightfully refreshed and outfitted 3rd floor condo located in North Forest Beach! With its prime location and striking amenities, 305 Breakers is sure to be your new favorite Hilton Head respite!

The living area features a queen sleeper couch, Intelligent TV and access to the private balcony overlooking the island landscape and peak ocean view. The kitchen features granite counters, a full size refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven, dishwasher and both a Keurig and a full coffee maker.

The bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of constructed-in storage space. Twin bunk beds are located just outside the bedroom and bathroom. The remodeled bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. Guests also have access to a full size washer and dryer.

The Breakers has a complex pool that is heated seasonally (March - May) and separate kid’s pool. Loungers are located on the sun and pool decks, first come first serve, and tables with umbrellas for guests staying at Breakers. Breakers is an elevated 3-story complex with parking under the condos or around the perimeter.

If you are looking for a vacation that is a true escape, parking the car and not getting back into it until it’s time to pack up - the Breakers is the spot for you! The Breakers location is a favorite for hundreds of Hilton Head visitors. Coligny, located in Forest Beach, is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide variety of bars, eateries, gift stores and grocery stores, all of which are across the street from The Breakers.

Parking in the Breakers Hilton Head complex is limited to 1 car pass per villa.

Check-in instructions will be sent via e-mail at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via e-mail as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
