This grandiose location will have you weaving through the ocean & sound side parts of the Village of Ocean Hill. The community has 2 pools with a snack bar, tennis courts, basketball, pickle ball, volleyball, shuffleboard, a kid’s playground, and a exercise center (with a fee). Don’t forget to pack the fishing poles for the 10-acre catch-and-release pond. You will be within walking distance of Corolla’s wetland boardwalk and a bicycle path. Make sure to pick up a Carova Parking permit and take a short 4x4 drive to find yourself among the Wild Mustang horses that live wild and complimentary in Carova, or head south to the Currituck Lighthouse, multiple shopping centers, Corolla’s Adventure Park, the Maritime Museum, or the Corolla Wild Horse Museum.

The ground level features a shimmering pool that has ample entertainment space, a bubbly hot tub (great for chilly evenings), an outside shower, a private boardwalk to the beach, two pyramid beds (twin over double), and a half bath. The mid-level showcases a relaxing den with a foosball table, TV, and covered deck, along with a sizable King Suite with a whirlpool tub, a Queen Master Suite, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a full bathroom. The Top level has an additional King Suite, a well-equipped kitchen with a huge refrigerator, a dining area with a decorative fireplace, a half bath, and a sizeable open great room that has wide decks overlooking the golden sand of the beach.
