The kitchen includes a sizable island with bar seating that overlooks the living area, ideal for mingling with family and friends even while preparing meals. You'll have plenty of space for outdoor living too, with a sun deck on the front of the home for watching the sunrise and appreciating the ocean breeze, and another on the back of the home overlooking the pool area below. Downstairs, the covered ground level provides plenty of shade along with all the amenities you'll need for a beach vacation, including an outdoor shower, hot tub and grilling area. When you're not at the beach, take advantage of the private pool for around-the-clock fun and relaxation without leaving the home. Beyond the pool is a roomy backyard for playing games or just letting the kids run around.

C And Sky is located in the cozy community of Carolina Dunes, located just a mile north of downtown Duck. This peaceful, residential neighborhood provides guests with multiple beach accesses, as well as access to the sound for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. C And Sky is just a short walk to the beach access at the end of Sprigtail Drive, just three tons south of the home.
