The property consists of three rental units. Unit A which is the bottom floor of the historic home (this listing), Unit B which is the top floor of the historic home and Unit C which is the home in the back of the property.

When you step into Unit A off of the front porch, you will enter the living space. This area features an original fireplace and historic wood floors. The home was completely restored and modernized to provide Charleston appeal with modern convenience.

We shall have no further liability with regards to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in other states or the World which prohibits you or your guests from traveling to Charleston a refund will not be issued, and we will have no further liability. We strongly suggest that our guests obtain traveler's insurance but especially during months when there is a potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).
