No lugging your stuff upstairs here as this is an elevator building, with this vacation spot being located on 2nd floor. The condo comfortably accommodates 8 with a King bed in the sound-front Master, Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 Twin beds in the final bedroom. Flat-screen TVs, high-speed WiFi, covered deck with furnishings, and breath-taking vistas are just some of the spectacular perks of this property. 30' Boat Slip available in Rudder Canal #84. Come relax and savor as much or as little activity as you want. Cook in or eat out at our on-site, marina-front, restaurant and tiki bar.

The condo is non-smoking and accepts 1 dog. Full week stays are required from Memorial Day to Labor Day, each week must begin on a Saturday. During the off-season, there is a 3-nighttime minimum. There is no covered parking and trailers must be stored off-site.
