The condo is non-smoking and accepts 1 dog. Full week stays are required from Memorial Day to Labor Day, each week must begin on a Saturday. During the off-season, there is a 3-nighttime minimum. There is no covered parking and trailers must be stored off-site. Parking for 2 cars max..
