"Gone Coastal" is the ideal get-away for your Outer Banks vacation! This sound-view, top-floor, end-unit condo is peaceful and has spectacular vistas of the sound where you can watch the sunrise right from the deck and dock your boat at the slip below! The condo is non-smoking and pet-friendly (1 dog) with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, accommodating 6 people. There is an elevator for painless move-in. Intelligent/Roku TVs and high-speed WiFi are supplied. Guests must use their own streaming services. The fireplace is not available for guest use at this time. Located steps from the highly desired Pirate's Cove Marina, when renting you will have access to the resort's amenities!

1st Bedroom: Water-front Master bedroom featuring King bed with private bathroom and access to covered deck
2nd bedroom: Queen bed
3rd bedroom: Queen bed

Parking: This condo comes with 1 covered parking space which can accommodate:
A) Two cars
B) One car and a boat/jet-ski trailer (must be kept in covered space if left on-property). If the trailer does not fit in a covered spot, it must be stored off-site.

Flexibility: This condo is designated as a Vacation-My-Way property, meaning your turn-day is flexible and there are only 3-nights required year-round (full week required the 2nd full week of August)!

Boats: The boat slip is located on the canal below just steps from the condo. Boats up to 25' (including outboard motors) can be accommodated. Slip is at Buccaneer Canal #49. Please refer to parking section in regards to boat/jet-ski trailers.

Animals: This pet-friendly rental accepts one dog.
