Accommodating 6 with a 3 nighttime minimum stay, this condo is located close to the Community Pool / Hot Tub, Clubhouse & Tennis Courts and also comes with covered parking space for your boat or jet ski trailer. This condo does not have an assigned dock space, but one may be rented from the rental office within walking distance from the condo, these are available on a first-come/first-serve basis. Master bedroom is located on entry floor with King Bed and view of canal and access to furnished deck. 2nd and 3rd bedroom are on the top floor with a Queen in one room and a Bunk bed in the other. The property has Flat-screen TVs, high-speed WiFi, ceiling fans, covered deck with furnishings, and outdoor shower by covered parking spot. 2 cars max. are allowed at the building.
