Saturday Check-in/Check-out in-season. This is an elevator building with access to a community pool, exercise center, tennis courts, and clubhouse. Master bedroom with King bed and door leading to furnished, sound front covered deck, 2nd bedroom with Queen bed. 3 flat-screen TVs, high-speed WiFi, and ceiling fans all come with the condo. No land-line phone available. Panoramic view of Roanoke Sound off of the covered and furnished deck. Parking for 2 cars max.. No covered parking for trailer. Boat slip not offered at this time. The condo is non-smoking and does not allow for tenant family pets.
