Appreciate plenty of concrete parking and a convenient, all-weather entry with a washer/dryer. The first living level has a enormous oceanside primary bedroom with a queen-size bed, a deck, and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom (with a queen-size bed) and the third bedroom (with a double bed and a pyramid bunk) share access to the full hallway bathroom. Upstairs, a sizable living area with cathedral ceilings overlooks the oceanside sundeck. On the west side of the home, the well-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar open to the dining area and the west deck. Living is simple in this well-appointed jewel of a bungalow! With good vistas of the ocean to the east and spectacular sound sunsets to the west, Sun Sand and Seay is a clear winner.

Guests have access to Kinnakeet Shores Pool & Tennis. You will receive an amenities pass during check-in to utilize the shared facility.
