The ground level sets the stage for fun and relaxation. The cavernous game room opens directly to your outdoor getaway, complete with a private pool, hot tub, and fenced rear yard, making it the ideal home base after a day on the water. Two bedrooms on this level offer convenient access for guests who prefer to skip the stairs, and an elevator serves all three floors for effortless living throughout.

The main level is the heart of the home. A chef-inspired kitchen with quartz countertops, a sizable island, and a separate service kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining room and elegant living area with an electric fireplace. Covered verandas and graceful interior details, including coffered ceilings, glass transoms, and bespoke trim, make this level as handsome as it is functional. Saltaire is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per nighttime of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.

Check-in begins at 4 pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-out is 10 am.

Village Beach Club
-Guests of our home savor access to the exclusive Village Beach Club, a premier oceanfront getaway in the heart of Nags Head, just 6 miles from Saltaire.
-This private club offers a enormous oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, parking, and direct beach access with showers and changing facilities, making it simple to go from sand to poolside in mere mins.. You will also find a casual restaurant and bar, shaded lounge areas, and seasonal activities ideal for families or a calming solo escape. It's the ideal spot to relax for a day on the Outer Banks.
-Parking is $25 per car per day and access to the pool and beach is complimentary. The Village Beach Club is open May 1 to October 1, with the club itself open until 5:00pm. The community pool is open daily from 9:00am to 4:30pm, May 25 to September 7, 2026.
