Our brand new guest home (constructed in 2019)is a cavernous one bedroom, one bath with a bunk loft. Come appreciate our peaceful neighborhood after a full day of sightseeing. Located 2 miles from downtown, 10 miles from Folly beach or Sullivan’s island, this gorgeously decorated guest home will not disappoint! Guests will have access to the entire bungalow. Painless parking in the driveway, steps from the bungalow door. The backyard is shared with the main home. This cozy West Ashley neighborhood is seated in between downtown and the trendy stores of Avondale. STR permit #04191
