TOP LEVEL:
The open floor plan of the Great Room offers a enormous flat-screen TV, plenty of comfortable couch seating in the living area and access to the wide sun deck with furnishings for relaxation and outdoor dining table for snacks and beverages. For families who appreciate cooking, the “chef's kitchen” has bespoke cabinetry (the refrigerator is constructed-in) and granite countertops along with bar seating for 3. The dining table will seat 8 guests and another modest table (seats 4) is located in the Ships Watch that has vistas to the east and west. A half bath is located on this level. The first of 6 bedrooms is a huge King Master Suite with private bath (open, tiled shower), flat-screen TV and deck access to the front of the home. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
From the entry way, you can access four bedrooms for your family group: one is a King Master Suite with a private bath that has two separate vanities and an open shower. A bedroom with 2 Twin beds is next to the hall bath (shower/tub combo) that is shared with the Queen bedroom (has deck access to the front of the home). The Queen Master Suite has deck access a shower/tub combo in its master bath.

GROUND LEVEL:
A bedroom with 2 Bunk Bed sets is ideal for kids or teenagers. The Parlor has a second refrigerator for additional grocery storage and the kitchenette has a drink center to keep outdoor beverages chilled. At the center is a Pool table for family members to test their billiard skills. Outside on the pool deck, there is an outdoor shower to use, a modest Tiki Bar, a private, gunite pool (14' x 30', open mid-May to mid-October) and hot tub. A gas grille is available for painless family meals.

EXTRAS:
To reach the beach, it is a short drive or bicycle ride of roughly one mile from the home to the Bonito Street Public Parking (complimentary). As a guest of the Monteray Shores community, your family will be able to make reservations online to use the community amenities. These amenities are available during business hours and include 2 community piers for modest craft boat launch, fishing or crabbing (NC License is required), a kids's playground, 3 basketball courts, 4 tennis/pickleball courts, adult and kiddie pool (summer only), and a exercise center.
