Bella Vista Beach Cottage is located in a charming and peaceful neighborhood in North Duck called Sanderling. This neighborhood has many permanent residents, so adherence to peaceful times is very important (no loud music or activities from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM). The Sanderling Pool and Racquet Club is available seasonally for guest use from June to October.



The neighborhood features a pond that is a trendy fishing spot as well as nature walking trails and the home is located right at the edge of a dreamy canopy of live oaks!

We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and stringently prohibit third-event bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.



★ RENTAL AGREEMENT

Per the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act, all guests over 18 will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that governs the terms of the stay



★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE
