Summary:

Located on the southwest corner of a well-maintained condominium, our unit offers great vistas of the sound. We take very good care of the property, seeking to give our guests the best of both a home and a hotel. Whether on the unit’s southwest deck, the pristine beaches, or by the pool, there is plenty of space to savor the sun in an area surrounded by nature.



For your convenience, we provide linens, and some of the healthiest paper, cleaning products, and personal care soaps on the market.



The Space:

We provide all linens, towels, and products needed for your vacation, and are honored to bring our guests as healthy a vacation experience as possible. All soaps, detergents, and cleaners have been approved by the Environmental Working Group, and we provide 100% recycled paper products. We have installed the most advanced residential ceiling fans in the world, installed very high efficiency toilets, and have worked to optimize interior climate. We sincerely hope you appreciate our ethic of wanting to bring health to our planet and to people.



A ground level storage unit is available, and is suitable for storing windsurfing, surfing, paddle boarding, or kiteboarding equipment.



Guest Access:

The entire space, including the pool and storage locker, is yours to use. You are complimentary to come and go as you like.



The Neighborhood:

We are just a few mins.’ walk to the beaches. It is a five-min. walk to the ocean side access point, and it is about an eight-min. walk to the sound side “First Turnout.” At this location is a very secluded beach with shallow water for kids to swim. The storage unit has a beach dolly for transporting your gear.



Grocery shopping and many eateries are all within a five-min. drive, and Ocean Air Sports – a leading watersports center on the Outer Banks – is next door. This area is one of the most fashionable kiteboarding and windsurfing locations in the entire world, and it is equally acclaimed for its fishing. Given the Outer Banks’ concentration of federal and state protected lands, there are ample opportunities for nature-based recreation, and the area’s history is legendary.



Getting Around:

There are numerous services for getting around. To get to and from the airport or Amtrak, Outer Banks Transportation offers personal car service. Island Hopper Shuttle and Beach Cabs OBX can also provide on-island service. Uber and Lyft are also available.



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware of Pamlico Point Association rules, especially regarding the pool. No grilling is allowed on the decks. House events are not allowed under any circumstance.

We would strongly suggest buying trip insurance, as there is a likelihood of hurricanes, tropical storms, and flooding at many times of the year, and like most Outer Banks units, we don't issue refunds for storm evacuations.



Interaction with Guests:

We are typically available to address any concerns, and try to be available after hours. We have numerous vendors and partners contracted to deal with any issues.
