As you enter, a hallway leads you into the heart of the condo where the kitchen and living area come together in a bright, open layout. The kitchen is both beautiful and functional, offering sleek granite countertops, ample cabinet space, and all full sized appliances including a stove with oven, mounted microwave, brand new refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink. It comes completely outfitted with cookware, silverware, dishes, and glassware, making it simple to prepare anything from a fast snack to a full meal. If you prefer to dine out, you will find a variety of eateries close by, and delivery services like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates make appreciating a meal at home just as convenient.



Just off the kitchen, the dining area features a table with seating for four, while the peninsula counter provides additional seating with bar stools, creating a great space for gathering, dining, or planning your next beach day.
