The Space:

Totally remodeled in December 2021, this top-floor two-bedroom/two-bath condo offers the complex's biggest available layout. Savor vistas of a relaxing lagoon and spot local wildlife from the comfort of your private, upsized balcony. Just 300 yards from the beach, your mid-island locale offers fast access to the coast. This condo is also located directly across from a pool and hot tub. Additional amenities include a playground, tennis courts, and racquetball courts.



The open living area is outfitted with brand-new furnishings and includes a adore seat, sleeper couch, and 55-inch TV. Glass doors slide open to the private balcony, which features handsome lagoon vistas.



Prepare home-cooked meals in the modern kitchen equipped with quartz countertops, a full suite of appliances, and dry bar complete with drink refrigerator. When you're ready to eat, gather at the dining table with seating for up to six.



Sleep soundly in a queen bed in the primary bedroom, which also features a 55-inch TV with a DVD player and direct access to the balcony. Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorbikes and/or recreational cars and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bicycles are not allowed in the Plantations.
