The home has good concrete parking and a one-and-a-half car garage with a washer/dryer and a fish freezer. The living area is comfortably furnished and has a nice entertainment system anchored by a enormous flatscreen TV, plus a DVD/Blu-ray player. The updated kitchen has all the right equipment for producing ideal meals for the close by dining area. The first bedroom has a TV and a private bath located on the ground level. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a TV monitor with a DVD player and the third bedroom has a TV and a DVD/Blu-ray player as well.
